WebbIf a button flow is used, it will still connect as the current user. I suppose a power app could update list 1, which could trigger a flow using a sharepoint modify trigger that then updates list 2. This flow would connect to list 2 as configured in the flow connection, not the current user, but this is getting into rube goldberg territory. If you triggering point is item deleted, it does trigger MS flow (just tried this) but it won't anything for status as you trigger is when item is deleted.
