WebSCCM is dead, that product does not exsist and most of the commninty has stopped calling it that ConfigMgr was removed from System Center years ago, so calling it SCCM generally refers to the older SCCM 2012 product ConfigMgr or the proper name of MECM is the newer product. I don't have a say in the naming, they're primarily application servers that just so happen to be DPs too and I'm told the server name has to be retained. Each server being replaced is just a VM on a new host getting deployed at site. The admin has given me the option of creating dedicated VMs on each host for the DP.
