This never happens while using cell data connection on the phone (T-Mobile is not our cell carrier). It also doesn't happen with any other streaming device, Roku, computer, etc, or any other streaming service, Disney, prime, etc. WebFixed me right up. I had been trying to figure out why youtube and outlook weren't working for about a week. Win10 wired machines didn't work. Win10/11 machines worked on wifi. Youtube was constantly buffering and using no network activity. Outlook wouldn't send anything except a hello email. Disabled IpV6 on both adapter and bingo all is well.
