The inaugural batch AAH0320 has a make up which follows: 94% of the bourbon is made from a traditional mash bill (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) and aged for 5 years and 4 months. WebbWhile the nose showcases primarily grain aromas, including cracked corn and peanut shell, it also has notes of white pepper, dark cherries, brown sugar, and Hershey's chocolate syrup harbinger of things to come.
