WebI'd use the Flory wash for that; highlighting panel lines and so on. From my experience the Vallejo wash is way more suited for small yet detailed areas. It can be scrubbed off, but not very well. Personally I would recommend buying both and experimenting - they are definitely two types of wash for two purposes.
